How do I log in?
Use the staff credentials provided by your employer. If you haven't received login details, please contact your manager.
I forgot my password
Contact your manager or use the password reset option on the login screen. If you continue to have issues, reach out to us directly.
The app isn't showing my shifts
Make sure you're logged in with the correct account. If your shifts still aren't appearing, your manager may not have published the roster yet. Contact your manager for assistance.
My training progress isn't saving
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Your progress syncs automatically when connected. Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
